Boxing Fans Get Ready – Couture Vs. Nogueira

Boxing fans are really excited about this huge event that is coming up between Couture and Nogueira. Not only are they excited but they are really having difficulty trying to figure out which boxer they should bet for. Both of them are so different from each other in so many different ways and with that in mind, it is understandable why people would have a hard time picking someone in this particular event. Regardless of them having a hard time picking someone, the crowd is still really pumped up and eager for this match to take place.

Some people are starting to doubt what all Couture can exactly do because of his age. He is a remarkable 46 years old and still boxing! Fans are questioning if he can pull this off because he is older than the majority of the other boxers. Many of the fans aren’t quite sure whether or not he has in him what it takes anymore. With the fans questions, Couture was somewhat upset that they would question his ability to win in the match. Couture actually looks very well for his age as he really does not even like he is 46 years of age. Majority of the ones that do not question Couture’s ability to win in this match think that he looks a good bit younger than what he is and believes that no matter his age, he still has exactly what it takes to win this match against Nogueira.

On the other hand, Nogueira is 33 years old and is still full of youthful energy. He has talents and skills that make him the boxer that he is. People are raving about the things that he can do. Nogueira just recovered from a staph infection, or so he says, as he was sick for awhile but he still boxed regardless of his staph infection. Recently, Nogueira did a really bad performance with Frank Mir but he blames that on his health and because he just wasn’t feeling very well. Some people debate that Nogueira should be considered one of the top five competitive boxers. Some of those fans are ones that blame Japan for making Nogueira do so poorly.

If Couture continues working out and getting himself ready for this fight, he very well could win the game. However, Nogueira could win it as well, but only if he is able pick his act up again and become the boxer that he was prior to getting sick. He has some motivation to pick up his act because if he doesn’t, his career could possibly suffer because of it.

Even if Couture loses this game, it won’t damage his reputation as much as it would Nogueira. Couture is a legend in the boxing world and has gained a lot of respect with the fans. He is just nervous that it could make him look bad with his age. Both fighters have a lot to think about with this match that is coming up as do fans.  Who will you place your money on?
