Yankees Rise Again

People have been sad that the baseball season is almost over. Still, there’s a lot left that could happen. Fans have raved about the Los Angeles Dodgers and how they started off the season with a bang but things got a little bit crazy and now things aren’t going so hot for them.

Everyone who watches the Yankees knows that they usually start out in chaos but later they pick up their act. Alex Rodriguez created some problems while they were at spring training, and after that, they had a hard time recovering. Many fans did not think that they would actually make it, but slowly and surely they managed to regain themselves a little bit.  Still, a lot of people have doubts as to whether they will actually win and make it further or whether they will implode in the end.

After people started frowning and looking down on the Yankees, A-Rod shocked them all by coming back at full strength after recovering from his injury. He brought life and hope back into the team and regained the crowd’s confidence once again. The fans got another surprise as Rodriguez finished off the middle season and helped the team, before things turned into chaos again.

The Yankees are now blazing ahead, and as things start to come to a close, they have decided that they are going to put one foot in front of them at a time and not step back but only move forward. The crowds cheer them on, as they know that they can actually do it.

Another surprise and turn of events was Mariano Rivera. Everyone, including some of the fans, thought that he was totally finished last year. Little did they know that this year he would be one of the most successful players on the team. Some people claimed that he was “over the hill,” but regardless of the rumors and word of mouth going on, he still has had a very incredible season and his fans will continue cheering him on this season and next season. They are very impressed with his turnaround and continue to hope that he will soar even further.

The Yankees have made such a dramatic change that they have reached exactly to the point where the Dodgers use to be at the beginning of this year. Melky Cabrera has come out of nowhere to help the team, and Mark Teixeira is right next to him. The crowd is not surprised at Mark Teixeira,  but they are shocked that Melky Cabrera unexpectedly moved up so fast. They have made the Yankee fans proud, and now the World Championship will be as it should be, as people continue betting on the Yankees.

With the major turnaround that the Yankees have had, people are really expecting them to win the World Championship but considering how they started out the season; some have doubts that they will be able to pull it off. Regardless of what happens, it has been a very exciting and a slightly slippery, yet fun season for the Yankees and fans.
